My first time ever doing Exercise movesis with Christian praise Moves, since the day I started Exercise moves I have benefitted from it a great deal.
Over the past years, I have taken a number of sessions at Christian Praise Moves.
The sessions were taught with passion as she took her time to teach the needs of the individual participant.
One of the best benefits of Christian Praise Moves
is this feature of using scriptures, prayers and gospel songs during ourExercise Moves session ensuring that GOD is in the centre of all the sessions, and that was really encouraging for me.
The owner taught the sessions with care and welcomed feedback.
I can stand firmly and the balance poses are really great as it helped me to be balance well, it gives me confidence.
I am very flexible now compare to when I first started Exercise Moves .
I couldn’t sit on my legs now I can without pain.
I am calmer, more focused and have generally less aches and pains in my body.
I can do the breathing exercise on different levels and doing it properly.
I have experienced myriads health benefits from Christian Praise Yoga with some cardio workouts.
It has been a life changing routine that makes you feel really good about yourself.
Marian, the owner and manager of Christian Praise Yoga she is considerate, patient and detailed with her students.
She shared her knowledge, insights and experience in a way which is very accessible and helpful. Ensuring that I and other were doing each pose the right way and that I and others were getting the Value out of each session .

They helped my mind as well as my body and fed my spirit.
I started Marian’s classes during lockdown as I needed to workout whilst the gyms closed.
The stretching positions were challenging. However the repetitions ensured I learnt the moves swiftly and my flexibility improved too.
I particularly appreciated the breathing exercise which was beneficial for clearing sinuses and lungs. I had not been taught this before and was glad to learn these technics which I’m able to practise on my own.
The aerobics was an added bonus which helped my stamina to return. I particularly enjoyed the introduction of weights.

Marian is a great Exercise Moves and Cardio teacher, she has a kind, flexible teaching style that encourages students to grow and challenge themselves.
Her 30 minutes outstanding Cardio sessions are superb and has help me with my posture, stamina, BP reading and many more.
